Millan Starterraces is one of the honored mentions in an international design contest for developing an apartment project with common and public areas also needs to create a retail area at ground level with destinated locals for rent.

 

The concept for the design was based on social interaction within owners, renters, and the general public, creating and using green areas to take control and take advantage of natural light and wind flow.

 

As an architect, you need to have enough sensibility to be responsible for modifying nature with the best possible experience of life.  That's the main idea in developing this project.
